Made according to an ancient recipe and used in the 18th century by the singers (chantors) of the choir of the Sistine Chapel, this syrup has a specific action on the vocal cords. Hedge mustard (Sisymbre officinale) was referred to as Chanteur's Herb as it contains sulphur compounds which have a beneficial effect on the vocal cords and thus relax the voice.
Ingredients: Sisymbrium officinalis ( Hedge Mustard, Sambucus nigra (Black Elder), Alnus glutinosa (European Alder), Citrus limoni (Lemon)
Other Ingredients: Alcohol (35% Vol), Glycerin, Water
For adults, 1-5 teaspoons per day for three weeks
